I have maybe been lucky, but have had no problems with my net connection.
The only problem I had with phone was when the idiot that installed it
couldnt wire it properly (he didnt even have proper tools, and need to
borrow some from me)
The problems I have had is with the billing department, that didnt do as
they said they would, and I ended up incurring bank charges. They then sent
me a letter telling me that due to bill not being paid (their fault
entirely) they would charge me a tenner.
I exploded at the "Indian" idiots that couldnt seem to understand anything
( I "only" speak English) and ended up speaking to customer relations. I now
have a vastly better service....ie 10meg instead of 2 and all the tv
channels, iplayer etc, plus free weekend calls, for only just over another
pound a month, for a year. The speed upgrade actually happened whilst i was
still on the phone. That was impressive. Modem rebooted, without even
telling me it was going to. Luckily i wasnt in middle of big download.

I would also state that i have forgotten my passwords more than once, and
the tech support side are brilliant, and helpful.

I only use the broadband as BT lines cant carry a strong enough signal to my
house, or what ever the actual technical issue it.

I gave up on the phone when I received a bill what had duplicated every call
on it. It looked somehting like this:

Mum 5mins @ 10.52am 50p
Mum 5mins @ 10.52am 50p
Friend 1 min @ 3.15pm 10p
Friend 1 min @ 3.15pm 10p

total £1.20

That sort of thing.

An error right? Apparently not, they expected me to pay. Apparently I can
make 2 phone calls from one number to the same number at the same time for
the same duration. Perfectly normal. My entire bill for one month was like
this.

I refused to pay, offering half the bill amount, and they sent the bill to a
bailiff. That bill is still unpaid.
