I doubt it but, to be honest, I've had no trouble with the Internet part
of the service recently. I did have a period of slow throughput but it
turned out to be the router and something running away with the CPU, which
was cured by rebooting it... avoiding the premature need for a slow speed
rant ;)

Mostly works.

But they simply /will not/ fix an ongoing (~2 years!!!) DNS problem -
they keep marking it as fixed but never actually doing anything about it.

I wonder how many of those 200,000 DSL customers were also putting
their calls through VM too, serves VM right when they offer a poor DSL
service and inflated phone service.

Have to admit I've been happy with my broadband service of late.

I'd like to say that I'm really surprised at so many people (including those
who set it up) are willing to so blatantly break the law; but sad to say,
I'm not that surprised at all.
